Luminess Air is running a ripoff operation. My wife signed up for a "system" and some products. The "system" broke on the first attempt to use it. I have called them at least 3 times attempting to cancel the whole deal. The charges of $59.99 just keep on coming. I just got off the phone with them again and they say they have cancelled our contract. I haven't figured out how to get them to stop with the monthly deductions. I may have to close my bank account apparently. I strongly advise anybody contemplating dealing with these guys to reconsider and save yourself a lot of grief. My wife claims she never ordered anything from them but she must have agreed to a trial or something that automatically reverted to a "membership". This is really a buyer beware example. I hope this note spares somebody the grief we are dealing with. They are into us so far for around $300.00. If this doesn't stop now, small claims court will have to be the next step. So far for $300.00 it's not worth the hassle of small claims but after this it will be. As far as the Luminess products go, so far they are all in the trash as we waited "too long" to request a return authorization (RA). Keep in mind that if you are already in this and want to cancel, get your "RA" immediately or they won't accept any returns. I hope the recycle people are happy with all this sh---t they are getting.
