Loved it at first until it started ripping
Received my Tula, used it a few times and about a month or so after the right side of the strap started ripping. I attempted to get a replacement but apparently I was a couple days overdue for my 30 day return. So I attempted to contact Tula manufacturer because I keep hearing about how they will honor replacements even if I was over the return date. They emailed me and said that they can not do a replacement because there was not a manufacturer issue. How could it not be a manufacturer issue if the seams started to rip. So all in all I had a BAD experience with them and I can't really do anything about it here but give my opinion. I will not buy from Tula ever again.
