This vitamin may work for the general population but if you are on a blood thinner, STAY CLEAR!! I'm sure they are more potent because they are whole foods derived and thus excellent for others but they severely interfered with my PT numbers, driving it down to dangerous levels and resulting in clots forming even though I was taking my regular doses of Warfarin. There had been no other changes in my life other than trying this vitamin so please be advised of possible issues before you buy.
