Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The drive itself is fine and I recommend it. Problem is, I ordered two of these drives and Amazon sent me two boxes. Opened one and it had a drive in it that matched the serial number on the box..no problem. Opened the second box and "boom" it's empty. Called customer service immediately and all they could tell me was that they were going to investigate and I should call back in a week. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon over the years and this is the first time I've had something like this happen. So, I've got to sit here and wait to finish my build for a week while they figure out how they managed to send me an empty box for $500. They damn straight better replace it. So disappointed.
