Customer service and billing
Today I was called because "My payment was late". After arguring and not being listened to for 30 minutes, I asked for a supervisor and then was hung up on. After calling back and wasting more of my time, the custormer service rep found that in fact it was a mistake on GE Capital's billing side. What a waste of time!! I would not reccomend this card to anyone for the past 2 months It has been ridiculus the amount of issues I have had....
