Like other reviewers have complained about the mattress did not fully expand leaving a flat sink hole near the middle. After 72 hours it was still there. I contacted the manufacturer Modway Mattress (1-609-256-9000) who was no help. So much for the 10 year warranty. They said Amazon sold it to you call them. Nice how they stand behind their product. Contacted Amazon who said send it back. Problem is once the mattress expands from the box no way will it go back in. Amazon said keep it and offered a free replacement or a full refund. Not wanting to take a chance with a 2nd defective mattress I took the refund. Amazon customer service was great, they take care of their customers.
