The plastic T adapter leaked and is poor quality. I made several attempts to get the bidet hooked up, and even though the video is helpful, it has you put the bidet on the toilet first, when you should focus on getting the hoses hooked up first, and then putting the bidet on under the toilet seat, otherwise it's just in the way. I was squeezed in between my toilet and sink for two hours trying to hook this up, and used plumber's tape and glue in hopes it wouldn't leak, but the plastic T adapter is crap. I ended up with a pulled muscle in my back from trying to get this to work. Ironically with a messed up back it was hard to use the bathroom and I could've really used the Bidet... but couldn't because it leaked! I ordered the metal T adapter which costs $12. The metal T adapter is higher quality, but unfortunately it didn't fit with my water supply hose tightly enough, and also sprayed water and leaked, even when I tried to use Plumber's glue. So $40 later and I have a sore back, and no bidet, but now I know how to hook one up since I've had to install and uninstall it at least 5 times now....
