Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I loved this kettle! It's affordable, stylish, and heats water efficiently and safely. However, after 8 months of light use (maybe 1x time a week) the glass cracked while heating water. My counter was covered in boiling water and tiny glad shards 😞 I'm very upset about it, as other than this it was the perfect kettle. I reached out to Hamilton Beach but have received no response. Will update if I hear from them.
