We bought this product for our 4 year old daughter June 2017. Less than 90 days after purchase, the 12V Power cord simply stopped working. I was able to test the battery by using the power cord from my son's ride on motorcycle (not bought from Best Choice Products). The cord does not quite fit the Jeep, but worked enough to charge. I contacted "Darnel" at Best Choice customer service to inquire on a new power cord, even offered to purchase. The response was "if this was within the 60 day warranty period", he "would be glad to open up a new box and send us the cord...however they do not have, nor provide replacement parts for this item, so we do not sell the power cord" etc etc. Long story short, I spent $259 on a toy that lasted under 90 days and no longer works. There is no way to get replacement parts when needed, and Best Choice Products simply does not care. It's a take your money and run operation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!! $259 FOR A CHILDREN'S TOY THAT WORKS FOR 90 DAYS IS not prudent at best, and borderline theft. I will figure out how to post the email exchange between Best Choice and I to help future potential consumers steer clear of this product from the vender.
