If I had written this review two years ago this would have been 5 stars. Great feel, very similar to my Microsoft equivalent and to top it off solar powered. That's where I was wrong! As many others are slowly discovering this is a disposable keyboard, that is to say after 2-3 years its very likely your battery which holds the solar charge dies. That battery is not user replicable so you are left with a useless lump of shiny plastic destined for landfill! This isn’t even touching on the environmental ethics of making such a product which would otherwise last many many years, disposable. Makes good business sense from Logiech’s point of view, but not so much from mine as a consumer. After many weeks of arguing with Logitech and them refusing to replace it or repair it, I tried to change the battery myself. Even if you can find the correct type of battery, the keyboard wont then bind with the computer after replacement. So, in the bin it goes!!! With Logitech's stance on the battery issue, I can in no way recommend this product and I will (partly out of spite, and partly due to poor product design and customer service) not be buying another Logitech keyboard. A keyboard at this price is not a product that should need to be replaced every 2-3 years!!
