We started ordering this food instead of Orijen based on the recommendation of our breeder. I found shards of glass in the bag we ordered. I wrote to the company and got a canned response about their quality control. No other resolution or warning to other folks who may be ordering their brand. What would have happened to our puppy if she had eaten the glass shards? We have gone back to Orijen. Thank you Amazon for allowing me to return this item even though it was outside of your return policy. You guys rock!!!
