Plastic junk. I have one of these I bought a few years ago and it's held up very well, but this second one is a disappointment. The bottom frame of this one broke within a few weeks of using it (reasonably, not loaded with excess weight). Now the frame sits flush against the wheel when any weight is on it, making it difficult to pull and maneuver.
