Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Just opened this on Christmas Morning. It's filthy. I did not buy it used or from a reseller but directly from Amazon LLC. There was no washable filter even included. Even though the boxing indicates that one is provided. See pictures. Also no directions, and for some reason I received several extra hosing attachments that were not part of the sale and are not even applicable to this particular device. Nothing good to say about this experience at all.
