Would not produce any current out of the box. Had an hourglass icon in the LCD display and 0 volts. Called support. They just read of a checklist, wasn’t a technically minded person. Asked me a few questions. Suggested I take it to a service center. Nope, had it less than 2 hours. Just going back. Exhaust was also mounted facing up so it melted the plastic grill. Eventually it wouldn’t even run. See videos. Had to drain it of gasoline to return it and the instructions tell you to fill it right up first time you run it. Major pain.
