I was so excited when I saw the commercial on tv for this pillow. I thought "Finally! A pillow that could work for me!" I have been through pillow after pillow and nothing works to support my head and neck properly. I received this pillow as a Christmas gift last year and couldn't wait to use it. For the first month or so, it worked great! But then....it started to get flat. And no matter how many times I've tried to fluff it, put it in the dryer for extra "fluffing", it always starts to flatten as soon as I put my head on it. My neck and back have been sorer than ever before and I'm so mad my in-laws paid this much money for a pillow that does not do it's job. I'm currently searching for a new pillow and when I see this one in stores I just scoff because it's junk.
