I really wanted to like this face oil. After I started using it my face didn't just glow, but it went to flushed. I tried to contact Palmer's Customer Service....they didn't answer. So, I emailed. It took almost a week for a response. I wanted to know what the Retinol % was in their product. They wouldn't give me a straight answer. This was their response- "Our ingredients percentages are based on the allowed and approved levels by the FDA. However, the exact percentage is proprietary to Palmer’s. Ingredient placement indicates the level of any specific ingredient. Retinol in Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil/Face is in the center of the product's ingredient list." I didn't want their recipe, I just wanted to know the % of Retinol. Other products say what % is in their products. I will not be purchasing this product again. Customer Service is very lacking.
