It's only been a month since I installed this small refrigerator, so to see the poor performance this early is frustrating. It's the 2nd one they sent because the 1st one shipped upside down. The freezer is frozen over, but it's not keeping the item in it frozen. The refrigerated items were so cold, they were freezing. Yes, I checked the temp on the fridge and tried different settings. The room where it is kept is neither too cold nor too warm. There is plenty of room around the fridge for ventilation. The door to the freezer has just snapped off. The coating on the door is pealing off. I'm very disappointed and feel like I really wasted my money. I don't know that I'll ever order an appliance again online and maybe I should stick to ordering only books.
