The sound quality of this sound bar is just average. There is a major problem related to connection to the TV and working in general. I have Samsung 65" TV and assumed that this Samsung sound bar would work together with it flawlessly. Here is the problem: - Most of the time the HDMI ARC connection is not recognized and will not work - The wifi connection to the TV works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't - A lot of the time the TV doesn't recognize the sound bar is connected at all and defaults to the tv speakers - Occasionally, the soundbar just doesn't work at all, i.e., cannot get any sound out, even though it responds to the volume button. To be clear, it is responding to the remote in that it shows volume increasing, but no sound comes out. - When the TV and soundbar are first turned on it is complete hit or miss if the soundbar will work - Connections are on the bottom are a major pain to access - The problems seem to be random - We have gone days just using the TV speakers because the soundbar would not connect to the TV - The remote is terrible, there is no useful information displayed on the soundbar - There is no technical support provided, no useful technical information provided The real kicker to all of this is that it is a Samsung soundbar connected to a Samsung TV and still cannot function. It has been nothing but a nightmare. My recommendation is DO NOT BUY this product. Find something else at a better price.
