I have had this vacuum for two months now and it does a lot right but for the price tag there are some obvious flaws that should be addressed. Pros: - Suction seems to be great at picking up hair and regular debris. - It moves extremely well and is very easy to maneuver around objects and in between corners. - The light at the end of the vacuum is a great feature and really helps make sure you get everything picked up. - The install of the charging station and tool mount was very easy and simple. - Handles pet hair very well, I have a golden and a lab and this vacuum gets their hair up without clogging. Cons - It does not stand up on its own, it is very top heavy and always seems to fall over no matter how you lean it against something. This makes stopping to move something out of the way very difficult. - The dust canister is made from very cheap plastic and has already cracked after only two months of use. This may have been from it falling over or simply from emptying it into a trash can. It just feels very cheap. - It seems to lose suction when you detach the stick and use it as a handheld vacuum. The battery life is just ok. It is not terrible but it seems to get about 20-30 minutes of life when using it at the highest setting. Probably would not be able to vacuum a whole house on one single charge. I want to love this vacuum because it handles pet hair extremely well and maneuvers very well, but at $300 Bissell could have definitely done better than the cheap plastic dust tank that did not even last 2 months.
