It’s purchases that I make ducha as this that makes me wonder this rating system. How could this possibly have so many positive reviews. While it is convenient for small spaces, and it does bring a tool for you to use in assembly, the product is cheaply made. The screws - none of the 32 of them fit the actual holes. The screws are too thick so they are all no screwed in entirely. No matter how hard you try or how much pressure you put into screwing them in, the only thing you will be successful is on injuring your hand. Once the screws that have not been entirely screws in but somehow seem to be able to be usable although it makes a lot of noise - and you put some weight on it, some of the wheels don’t properly roll. This is a complete piece of junk. Please look elsewhere for a dolly.
