I nominate this for "Worst Product of 2019". When the cleaning pads are dry it does not clean. It doesn't clean spots on the window or bird poop or event first film. This is no surprise...window washers have used water to clean windows for hundreds of years. But when the pads are moistened then the unit cannot walk or move. The wet pads smear bird poop, leaving circular swirls across your window (once they dry out enough that the device can start moving.) The case is durable plastic, which is a good thing because it falls off windows spontaneously. (I would recommend placing safety cones below the window to keep people away.) The cord is too short to clean large windows, and for smaller windows you need an outlet close to the window. The power connectors are oddball proprietary, so you aren't going to be able too use an extension low voltage wire. Cannot figure out how to clean non-square windows. It misses whole portions of windows that are round, or triangular. The cord snags on brick sills (see photo) and when it snags the cord the unit falls off the window. This is just one of those products that makes you ask: Who decided to mass produce these or invest in the company? Didn't they try it first? My wife and friends laughed so hard and long when they saw it working and how many ways it failed to perform that were were sore afterwards.
