This recipes in this book were not tested. I’m not sure if anyone reviewing this book with 5 stars has actually tried the recipe but you can find most of these recipes (or a version of) online elsewhere. 3 out of 3 recipes were off, two majorly off on the dough. The soupy dough was supposed to be the bao pod dough and the flaky dough was supposed to be the pretzel dough. The water to flour ratios were way off. The measurement for one scoop of macaroon dough to form each cookie says 1/2 cup! They are NOT that big in real life. I used 1/4 cup and even that was huge. My macaroons also didn’t have enough structure. I haven’t tried anything else but I’m very reluctant. Disappointed for sure!
