I purchased 4 of these protectors to replace old ones damaged in recent thunderstorm. However, when contacting Amazon's customer service, I was told there's no any warranty for connected devices, even though description clearly states that. Considering all the pain I went through for warranty with my old protectors, I canceled my order immediately. If customer service denied warranty before I even try to claim, it's ultimately impossible to get any loss back. I don't know what happen to Amazon, but customer service quality went down skyfall. Once the chat begin, they start denying everything before you even ask, and impatiently transfer you to other useless department, like price match department who price matches nothing, even with their own.
