If I could I would do a MINUS star evaluation - not because of their product, but their business policy. I just received my "supposedly TRIAL package" of both the Renewing Serum CE and the Erase/Repair HA products, and after opening the package read inside that unless I cancel "my membership" - (which I didn't even know I had entered into as this was not part of the Trial information) - unless I cancel before the 30-day period is up I will be charged fully for membership "privileges" and prices for monthly shipments. Additional to notifying them about canceling I have to return the UNOPENED products in order to not be charged full price, and enrolled. How in the world does a person enjoy a "trial period" from an unopened product?!! Talk about a scam operation. I'm getting more and more resistant to any online/TV offers. You can be sure that the phone call will be made immediately canceling any further business with them, and the product returned - unopened! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS OFFER/COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!
