UPDATE: After leaving this review, the company tried to offer a refund or replacement if I changed my rating to 3 stars. After several pressuring texts, we were issued the refund we requested. The one star was for a very uncomfortable, poorly constructed, broken chair out of the box. I now wish I could remove the one star after the company missed the 48 hour window to respond to my return request, replied only after my review, and then tried to use my refund as a bargaining chip for a better review. _____________________________________ I purchased three of these for my teens and they are extremely uncomfortable. One of the side brackets on two of the chairs has a screw hole with no threads, which means no bracket cover. One chair-back has a tilt due to misaligned brackets. The many positive reviews made me think it might be decent but, believe me, if you tried this chair out in a furniture store, it would be a hard pass. The $49, shredded chair purchased 5 years ago from Swede Palace is still more comfortable than this seat. I requested a return label right away but got no response from the company.
