No longer works with IOS 8.X. Anyone with an iPhone 6, you'll eventually get an update that will take you above 8.0 and your Tune2air will no longer work. I understand this sort of thing happens. It's NOT the reason for a one star review. The lack of ANY response from their 'support' is terrible. Not a single reply to say they are working on it, etc - but no response at all for weeks. Equally frustrating is how hard it is to upgrade the firmware on this device. The process would be easy except they require you to get registration number to run the firmware update program. So, you have to somehow contact this company that doesn't respond in any way to get a registration number to upgrade the firmware. This makes absolutely no sense - I've never had to unlock firmware update software on any gadget I've ever owned or dealt with. What do they think they are protecting here??? Nice English: "You not yet register successfully. please demands the registration code with the supply merchant contact!" All these 4 & 5 star reviews will start turning to 1 star once people get new phones or update past IOS 8.0.
