This blanket stopped working within 60 days of purchase. I spent days trying to find the correct number for a warranty replacement (1-866-456-8852). When I finally spoke to someone, the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty because it was sold through Amazon and they are known to resell faulty and defective products. Amazon needs to change their "5 year warranty" description because this is a false claim.
