I received the package 2 days ago, and the chains looked fine and durable. Because it would be my first trip driving in heavy snow, I thought I would buy a more expensive product assuming the quality would be reflected on the price. However, the one of the chains broke within the first 5 miles after I have the professional chain installers put them on. At first I thought it would be fine after I attached one of the accessory rings on the chain where it broke. But, within the next 5 miles or so, the same chain, although at a different part this time, broke again! My wife and I were glad to be able to get to a safe place and removed the broken chain, which was hitting my suspension on every tire rotation! Although my suspension is still working, it does look damaged where it had contact with the broken chain. I’m definitely returning this chain! For $100, I expected a better and safer product! Obviously, this one is NOT the case! And, it was a terrible driving experience for me and my wife! (I will add a few photos of the broken chain when I get back home!)
