I like to use dried spinach, dried celery, etc. I purchased this particular one because the image showed the product as 6 oz. That turned out to be false advertising as it was 3 oz. Pretty sneaky and dishonest if you ask me. I figure the misleading is intentional. Hopefully they'll change their image and promote this item a little more honestly in the future. Aside from the false advertising, I'm sure the product will be fine. A good bit of it has turned to powder, which won't be ideal for adding to various recipes, but it will still impart the flavor.
