There's a reason why it's so cheap. Only 10 days into having this phone it's already causing as bad of problems as a phone could. Last night, the SIM card to my plan stopped working and I had 0 service. I knew it wasn't plan because my bill got paid 2 days prior and I've never had an issue with my SIM going dead. When I took the back off of this phone (which is a very daunting task in itself) I slid out the SIM and put it back in and then my phone was connected again. That's never happened to me ever, so I know it was this phone. Then, the phone got extremely hot so I locked the screen and let it rest. When I went to bed last night there was 80% of a charge, and I always lock the screen so it can rest. This morning I awoke to a dead phone and had to charge it from zero. So, this POS phone uses 80% of the battery just sitting there with the phone essentially powered down to a snooze. Luckily I'm in my 30 day exchange period to get a refund which I'll do. I would caution anyone to steer clear of these defective devices, and I'll bet a year from now you'll never see them on the market again.
