First of all the only reason I am giving this a 1 star review is because that's the first thing everyone reads. My issues were of no fault of the product or the company making it. I bought this product, it came quickly no issues at all it was easy to use came with everything you needed. 5 Stars for that. But here is my dilemma I filled my cartridge with the ink but it still wont register as having ink. I have seen where others had this same problem. But I talked to my father-in-law who is a printer and computer repair man. He said that some cartridges have chips in them that will monitor the level of the ink and not allow you to refill it. So no matter what brand ink you get or how much you put in the chip will still register as empty. I just wanted everyone to be aware of this so your not wasting money on something that you cant use. Check your cartridge before spending money on ink.
