impossible tech support
This item was defective. I contacted tech support and after numerous contacts, they finally admitted that their product was defective. Their policy of how to remedy this was to have ME pay to ship it back to them and once they RECEIVED the defective one, then they would snail mail a new one to me within two weeks. Their tech support was extremely difficult to understand and proved to be much less than helpful. I would not recommend.
