Defective Item!
One whole area did not work. Two lights didn't work and four stayed red no matter what color I used. Contacted their service department and this is what they said "the problem happens for certain items, there is no way to fix that at this time." Wow! No offer to exchange or anything. Never write bad reviews but this deserved one.
