Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I love this product for storing my paintings and for transporting to art fairs they are lightweight and easy to see what is inside. However, I placed a second order as I was happy with my first order. But one of the containers cracked and the snap handle is broken off. See the pictures.that is what it looks like. Having read the reviews, I have chosen not to call and complain. And, I will not bother with returning the item as it is not cost effective. However, I am going to try one more order, and hope they are good. Or, I will be sending them back. Wish me luck.
