Received my tablet and as soon as I charged it up the screen froze and wouldn't work. I followed the instructions on Amazon.com in order to receive a replacement, send the tablet back, and then was given notice that I would be issued a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted a replacement. The CSR was of no help at all to me. Instead of helping me get a replacement, she told me to just go buy another one. OK, I can do that, but it won't be available until October 26, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I have always had the best shopping experience with Amazon, but this one has really disappointed me. I will be returning the case for the tablet as well, as I have no use for it now.
