Disappointed to no end, love Utopia Towels... but this mattress pad has let me down. I washed it on my washer's most delicate setting and also tumbled dry on low. When I went to use it for the first time, I noticed patches of the backing had been obliterated. :( I never even got to use this once. The top material/cushioning looks comfy, but I cannot rate this above a 1-star. Could be a fluke, but I doubt it. I just wanted an inexpensive, comfortable, and cotton-y pad... but this is definitely not the one.
