I have been used this brand for several years. I run self-cleaning cycle very month with this product, my washer always stay shiny and no odor, I love it. Until last Dec, I order another new pack of Affresh washer cleaner, when I opened it, it has fragrance, smell good (old one didn't not have fragrance). After run 4 hours Self-cleaning cycle, my washer has a lot of residue left. I re-run again, still a lot of residue left, I am very disappointed. My washer never been so dirty. I went back to check what's different between new order and old order, the old one I is ordered called "Affresh W10549846 Washer Cleaner", I cant find what's different between these two, only one has fragrance, one doesn't. I just ordered Affresh W10549846 Washer Cleaner, hope this can give my shiny washer back.
