Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My dogs measurements we're exactly in the middle of the recommended measurements for the medium sized bag, so that's what I got with confidence that it'd be a perfect fit. But her legs slip out and she turns herself around in it all the time! I contacted the company twice and never heard back from anyone. In their website they sell a foam riser for dogs that don't fit the bag, but it's not cheap for what it is and if my dog for perfectly into all their measurements for the size I purchased I feel like this must happen a lot and they should provide the riser for a better price or for free when someone needs it. These bags aren't cheap and to make me spend extra when I measured correctly and purchased the correct bag according to their website, that feels wrong. Add the ignoring of my emails to that and I'm pretty disappointed in this company!
