My son was so excited to use this pen but unfortunately it broke after an hour use! It won’t heat up. I suggested that he let it sit and cool down. He has to continuously let it cool down. It sat for three hours, he turned it on and it worked for 10 seconds. Also, we thought it was jammed at one point and tried to remove the tip. IMPOSSIBLE! You can not get the tip off; I tried everything. Another review stated that the tip broke while trying to remove it. I can see why; it seems that I’d end up breaking it too if I was ever able to remove it! Don’t waste your money; we are returning this one.
