This is the 3rd tracker I have tried. I am a retired professional Pilot, I know all about GPS. I have flown to 26 different countries using GPS. I live in the SW where it's hard to find a three, so there is no excuse i shouldn't be able see the GPS location of my pet. The first device I used for 2 years until the company stopped providing service. This was due to the cellar service they chose to use. Quite honestly I'm not sure if they didn't pay their bill or the cellular company was to blame. Me, I out the cost of the Tracker. They did give me the balance of my year subscription of the POD3. The second I continue to use, it is the best of 3 but it's weak. I can find my pet but it is not without work. This pet tracker PETFON sounded so amazing. I just knew iy would blow the others out of the water. NO, NO, But Hell NO!. I am so disappointed . It appears the company had deployed it into the market before they have throughly field tested it. There is start up documentation but no real operating instructions. Tracker location may or may not move on the tracking map. It is Not dependable. In testing before I trusted it on my pet I had my wife be the pet. The 1st outing the location icon never moved. Next day I tried again, I did have some close locations 50'. Today I had my wife hide it after dark as if the pet had escaped. The location on the map was 100 yards SW of where the tracker was. This is just NOT good enough for my pet. SOooooo Disappointed. "BYER BE WARE"!!
