I was quite amazed that a book about canning basically gives only directions for water bath canning. It spends a scant paragraph on pressure canning that says to refer to the booklet that came with your canner. A true canning book should talk about appropriate head space, required pressure, and timing for different types of food. Some canning book. It should be called "All About Water Bath Canning".
