Bought this for their "Neverstop" data plan (5 Mbps w/ no data caps). 3 days after receiving it, they throttled the speeds to 1.5 Mbps citing heavier usage on the system than expected. As of today (January 18th, 2016) users received an email from Karma saying they've reset their policy so that there is now a data cap of 15GB after which speeds are throttled between 64-128Kbps. Incredible bait and switch. I'll be returning this to Amazon for a full refund.
