I will start with giving the product 5 stars. It came fully assembled. Very nice. We like it. Took 1 star for the tension knob. It doesn't stay. As soon as you start pedaling, the knob turn back to original place ( no tension). Took another 1 start off for the jerky movement. Bought this for my 76 yrs old FIL. I thought it will be a great apparatus to help his OA knee. When he pedaled, the cycle is very jerky. We tried it, because we thought it's him. Well, had the knob able to keep the tension, the cycle will let us pedal smoothly. Really defeat the purpose of the apparatus, in my opinion. We tried to use it while sitting on sofa (close to the ground) and from dining chair (higher). Took 2 stars off because we can't return the product. We are stuck with a product that will not work for us
