I take this daily and it gives me energy and general well being, other than making my piss yellow I have no complaints. *UPDATE Originally I gave this product a 5 star rating, BUT I'm very disappointed that they recently changed the formula, and the only reason I even realized this is because my energy levels have gone down at least 50% since I started taking my new bottle that was delivered). If you compare the current nutritional facts on the bottle with the picture they have posted on the amazon page you will see that they recently got rid of INOSITOL, PABA, CHOLINE without even notifying us of the changes(look at pics), I've been taking this supplement for over 3 years so obviously my body felt the difference. Garden of life, is no longer trusted in my book, my distrust started when I discovered that their protein powders had super high amounts of heavy metals(and they knew), and now this is the last straw. I will no longer buy their products.
