I have tightened the nut as tight as it will go and it still just spins around. This is very frustrating and it renders it unusable. Also, the charging goes in an out with my case on (OtterBox). It goes from charging to not charging every two seconds. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller and offered a $25 Amazon gift card to delete this review. So rather than fix a clearly faulty product, they would rather keep making it this way and prefer customers not to know. BUYER BEWARE. I actually purchased two of these, one for each of our cars and neither of them work well. The other one just doesn't stay clipped to the vent.
