Read the ad very carefully.
CPU: This system is advertised as containing a Ryzen 7 4700S yet the cpu is listed as an Athlon 64FX in the fine print. It cannot be both.
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 550 came out in 2017.
RAM: The RAM is listed as DDR6. There are no motherboards that can take DDDR6. The first DDR5 compatible motherboards are currently in development.
