A heck of work to get them ready and at the end they do nothing but pass trough the tap water and reduce few easy elements only. we have a tester and 3 other filters+pitchers +fridge water they all show a difference from the tap water. this one was the WORSE while other brands and Brita were showing better than the tap, this one shows worse METAL contents so the filter is adding metals to the tap water. won't recommend it at all.Price ratio and efforts wasting water to prep them is insane. get a tester if u are in filtering tap water.
