I received it rolled up in a box. So i opened it and let it expand for the 1st night. The next night i wanted to test drive it so i threw my old pillow to the side and laid in bed on this one. I was laying in bed on my side, playing on my phone when something caught my eye. I used my flash light to illuminate black spots all on the pillow case. I could not tell if they were bugs or if they were just "spots" but i got freaked out and threw the pillow into the hall way. I dont know if ill give it another try or not..
