WARNING - NOT QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL. DID THE MAGNET TEST ON MINE.. FAIL EVEN WITH HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION MAGNET. SOOOOO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTING! Took my brand new pan out. I just purchased Jan 2019. Washed by hand and dried it. Prepared for my 1st cheesecake. Used parchment paper on bottom. Buttered sides of pan. Cheesecake turned out fabulously. Washed by hand again and dried my pan only to then find two patches where "stainless steel" chrome/whatevers on the inside - insides has already started chipping off. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've used nothing but a soft rubber spatula, soft washcloth and my soft cheesecake filling and my IP to make my cheesecake. More chips occurring, as well as on bottom plate. I was willing to spend the extra money for stainless to avoid the chemicals from non-stick etc, but what am I getting here? This is going right back, and if I could give it 0 stars I would. I don't understand the 5 star reviews. People are not looking at their product after use, or returning to update their review when they do see this start to occur. See similar reviews. Consumer beware. Don't buy this. Expensive "tin" or?
