DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY-USE AS DIRECTED!!!
First and foremost: YES this product works-I’ve never been bigger YES you must take it with food – violent diarrhea if you don’t =however= It is absolutely imperative that you “cycle off” this product, and you may want to get a aromatase inhibitor when you do. Here’s my story: I foolishly used this product continuously, for 120 days, I did not read the directions that instructed you to only use it for 60 days at a time with a 30 day rest period. Towards the end of month 4 on D-aspartic acid, I found myself with symptoms of depression that were crippling. I missed work, had no motivation, stopped going to the gym and nearly ruined my relationship. I ended up in the care of a physician, was placed on anti-depressants (that made things worse and created terrible anxiety) I have never experienced depression, or anxiety at any point in my life before, I am 30 years old. After extensive research on my own, I discovered that this product, and most products that affect testosterone, have the potential to Spike your estrogen levels, as excess testosterone in the male body is converted into estrogen in some cases. In hindsight, I believe strongly that this is what happened to me. Three months after stopping DAA, my symptoms of depression have significantly improved, however it was still a day to day battle. At this three-month mark, I decided to take an aromatase inhibitor manufactured by a competitor. I’ve now been on the aromatase inhibitor product for three weeks and I am almost completely back to normal, further convincing me that my emotional issues were caused by improper use of DAA. Educate yourself and be careful! The good thing is, I looked good at the end of my DAA use.
